Cheers FAQs
-
Where do we operate?CheersToYou services the wonderful Niagara region, from Grimsby to Fort Erie. If your event is outside of the Niagara region, please contact us for more information!
-
What do I need to host an event?CheersToYou will help ensure your event runs smoothly by providing expert bar services & support in planning what beverages you need for your event. A Special Occasions Permit (SOP) is essential for any event where alcohol will be served outside of a licensed establishment such as “stag and does”, bridal showers, wedding receptions, anniversary parties, birthday parties, etc. With a SOP, you can legally serve complimentary drinks at your special occasion to your guests. This permit not only ensures compliance with local laws but also enhances the safety and enjoyment of your guests. For more information about obtaining an SOP, feel free to reach out to us or visit the official website for detailed guidelines. Cheers to hosting a memorable and compliant event with CheersToYou!
-
Why does CheersToYou not provide alcohol for events, and what are the implications for event hosts?CheersToYou Niagara does not provide alcohol for events because Ontario's liquor laws require that the alcohol for your event be purchased by you under your special occasions permit. As a result, the responsibility for purchasing alcohol falls on the event host. This policy ensures that there is no premium or markup on your alcohol, helping to keep costs down. The CheersToYou team will help you with any questions you may have, such as recommendations on how much alcohol to purchase based on your guest count.
-
How do we prepare for my event’s beverage needs?CheersToYou stake the stress out of planning the perfect drink menu for your event! Once we know more about your event, including the guest count and estimated consumption, we will provide you with a customized shopping list tailored to your needs. This list will ensure you have the right amount of ingredients and supplies to keep the cocktails flowing and your guests happy. We will also support you with different glassware options, mixes, extras, etc. Elevating your events, one drink at a time, is what we do best!
-
Do you offer any non-alcoholic options, like mocktails, for those who don't consume alcohol at Cheerstoyouniagara?Absolutely!
